WCC involved in publication WEF paper on Digital Identity

WCC's Sanjay Dharwadker and SIA Marketing Director Stephanie De Labriolle at WEF Summit SF March 2018

Utrecht, September 28, 2018 - This week, the World Economic Forum (WEF) launched a shared Platform for Good Digital Identity and published an accompanying white paper: Identity in a Digital World. WCC’s Sanjay Dharwadker, in his capacity of Advisory Observer of the Secure Identity Alliance (SIA), was involved in the drafting of this white paper. Informed by the learnings of various stakeholders, it takes stock of where we are in the identity landscape, explores what “good” looks like, and identifies an initial set of priorities for this community to make progress on in the coming years.

WCC strongly supports the WEF Platform’s goal to bring together existing and new digital identity solutions that are inclusive, trustworthy, safe, and sustainable.
